HOME SKILLS ASSESSMENT
In France the skills assessment (bilan de compétences) is a scheme governed by the Labour Code. It analyses your professional and personal skills, aptitudes and motivations in order to define a career project and, where relevant, a training plan.
The three statutory phases
PRELIMINARY PHASE
Analysing the request, defining the format, informing you of the conditions and methods.
INVESTIGATION PHASE
Building the career project, testing its relevance, drawing up the alternatives.
CONCLUSIONS PHASE
Taking ownership of the detailed results, listing success factors, building the action plan and its timeline.
A written summary document is given to you. It belongs to you: it cannot be passed to a third party without your agreement.
